Dr. J. Sunil Rao is Professor of Biostatistics in the Division of Biostatistics at the School of Public Health. He received his Ph.D. in biostatistics from the University of Toronto in 1994 and his MS in biostatistics from the University of Minnesota in 1991. Dr. Rao is an internationally recognized expert in the modeling of complex data and the development of new statistical methods and computational algorithms.
